William Thomas Skaggs

William Thomas was born on February 10th, 1877 in Green Co., Kentucky.¹ William Thomas' father was James Allen Skaggs and his mother was Synthe Ann Warren. His maternal grandparents were Paschal C. Warren and Letitia Skaggs. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Edward Wiley, Robert Lee, James Franklin, Charles, Laura and Ella Florence. He died at the age of 73 on June 25th, 1950 in Elizabethtown, Harding Co., Kentucky. He was buried in RedHill Cemetery, Larue Co., Kentucky.¹¹
