Laura Skaggs 
Laura was born in 1873 in Green Co., Kentucky.1 Laura's father was James Allen Skaggs and her mother was Synthe Ann Warren. Her maternal grandparents were Paschal C. Warren and Letitia Skaggs. She had five brothers and a sister, named Edward Wiley, Robert Lee, William Thomas, James Franklin, Charles and Ella Florence. She died at the age of 27 in 1900 in Green Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
