Mary (Polly) Skaggs

Mary, known as Polly, was born on August 27th, 1787 in Kentucky.¹

Birth Notes

Polly's father was William (Squire) Skaggs and her mother was Mary Simpson. Her paternal grandparents were James Skaggs and Mary. She had two sisters named Elizabeth and Nancy. She was the second oldest of the three children. She had five half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Bustle, Fielding, Jeremiah, Stephen, Henry, Rachel, Libby, Louisa and Eliza. She died after July 10th, 1860.²
