Elizabeth Skaggs

Elizabeth was born on January 19th, 1785.¹ Elizabeth's father was William (Squire) Skaggs and her mother was Mary Simpson. Her paternal grandparents were James Skaggs and Mary. She had two sisters named Polly and Nancy. She was the oldest of the three children. She had five half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Bustle, Fielding, Jeremiah, Stephen, Henry, Rachel, Libby, Louisa and Eliza.
