Chloe Skaggs

Chloe was born in 1854 in Taylor Co., Kentucky.¹ Chloe's father was William T. Skaggs and her mother was Susan Reeves. Her paternal grandparents were William David Skaggs and Margaret Hoover; her maternal grandparents were John Reeves and Catherine Perry. She had seven brothers and a sister, named Moses, William, George, Joseph, Jasper, Benjamin, Joshua and Susanna. She was the youngest of the nine children.
