Annie Mae Skaggs 
Annie Mae was born on January 14th, 1907 in Kentucky.1 Annie Mae's father was William Thomas Skaggs and her mother was Nora Ethel DeSpain. Her paternal grandparents were William Anderson Skaggs and Martha Francis Nelson. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Ernest Brown, Franklin Garland, William Boyce, Mattie Lewis and Effie. She died at the age of 78 in July 1985.1 General Notes
