Landon Simmons 
Landon was born on August 28th, 1917 in Bledsoe Co, TN. Landon's father was Lewis Dillard Simmons and his mother was Elizabeth Mae 'Lizzie' Panter. His paternal grandparents were Rev. Simon Dillard Simmons and Mary Lucinda Lawson. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Leonard A., Hubert Samuel, Gladys Susan, Nell and Mary A.. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 48 on January 13th, 1966 in Roane Co, TN. He was buried in Memorial Gardens Cemetery, TN.General Notes
