Elige 'Eligha' R. was born on November 12th, 1913. Elige 'Eligha' R.'s father was Albert Armstrong Simmons and his mother was Mary Angaline Simmons. His paternal grandparents were George Washington Simmons and Lydia Margaret Frances McBride; his maternal grandparents were Francis Simmons and Permelia 'Millie' A. Stipe. He had five brothers named Mal D., Powell Louis, Stewart Eugene, Ernest D. and Carl. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 80 on July 13th, 1994 in AL.General Notes
