Drury Simmons 
Drury was born on July 13th, 1837 in White Co, TN and his baptism took place in Census 1880. Drury's father was Francis Simmons and his mother was Martha 'Patsey' Sparkman. His paternal grandparents were James Simmons and Stacy Ann Roberts. He had two brothers and four sisters, named George Washington, James D., Stacy, Martha, Tabitha and Nancy. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 69 on June 23rd, 1907 in White Co, TN. He was buried in Skurlock Cemetery, Doyle, White Co, TN.General Notes
