Cecil R. Simmons 
Cecil R. was born in 1914 in Cumberland Co, TN and his baptism took place in Census 1930. Cecil R.'s father was James Tollaver Simmons and his mother was Mary Della Brewer. His paternal grandparents were Drury Simmons and Emma Seales. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Lester, Eston C., Etta Mae and Ida Lee. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 89 in 2003.General Notes
