Susan Charlotte Shipley 
Susan Charlotte was born on July 1st, 1890.1 Susan Charlotte's father was William Nathan Shipley and her mother was Elmira Gothard. Her paternal grandparents were Nathan Shipley and Charlotte Campbell. She had five brothers and a sister, named James Nathan, William Fayette, George Campbell, Sherd, John and Nancy Elmyra. She died at the age of 72 on March 31st, 1963. She was buried in Varner Cemetery, Soddy-Daisy, Hamilton County, Tennessee.1 General Notes
Susan Charlotte "Lottie" Shipley was born the 1st of July, 1890. Lottie took care of her mother who was crippled with arthritis so she didn't get to attend school as much as she would have liked. She worked in the Sale Creek post office before her marriage to Fred Coleman the 3rd of March, 1911. He was born the 24th of December, 1888 to Benjamin Franklin Coleman and Sarah Jane Varner. Fred built their house and ran a lumber business with his brothers for a while. Fred and Lottie also ran a grocery store and had a bakery for a time. She died the 31st of March, 1963. He died the 16th of June, 1963. They are both buried in Varner Cemetery, Soddy-Daisy, Hamilton County, Tennessee. They had five children
