Richard Shipley 
Richard was born about 1834 in , , Tennessee, USA.1 Richard's father was Nathan Shipley and his mother was Charlotte Campbell. His paternal grandparents were Richard SHIPLEY and Henrietta HUGHES. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Marion, William Nathan, Nathan Taylor, Louiza, Mary, Elizabeth, Delila and Margaret. He was the third oldest of the nine children.-
