John Preston Shipley 
John Preston was born on October 20th, 1871.1 John Preston's father was George Roller Shipley and his mother was Lydia Ann Hobbs. His paternal grandparents were William Park Shipley and Martha Patsy Roller. He had two brothers and a sister, named William Thomas, George M. and Sarah M.. He was the second oldest of the four children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Houston H., Daniel B. and Talitha C.. He died at the age of 69 on December 31st, 1940.1 -
