Edgar Allen was born on June 3rd, 1901 in Springdale, Prairie Grove, Washington County, Arkansas, USA.1 Edgar Allen's father was Nathan Pascal Shipley and his mother was Mary Tennessee Temple. His paternal grandparents were Nathan Pascal SHIPLEY and Elizabeth Mildred LESTER. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Daniel Webster, Guy Vernon, Norman Pascal, Harold Eldred, Nellie Dean, Bertha Dee, Elisabeth Minerva, Hazel Irene and Nora Belle. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 74 on October 14th, 1975 in Farmington, Washington County, Arkansas, USA. He was buried in Mt. Comfort, Arkansas.2 3 -
