Bertha Dee was born on April 10th, 1892 in Chester, Crawford County, Arkansas, USA.1 Bertha Dee's father was Nathan Pascal Shipley and her mother was Mary Tennessee Temple. Her paternal grandparents were Nathan Pascal SHIPLEY and Elizabeth Mildred LESTER. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Daniel Webster, Guy Vernon, Norman Pascal, Edgar Allen, Harold Eldred, Nellie Dean, Elisabeth Minerva, Hazel Irene and Nora Belle. She was the third oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 41 on August 8th, 1933 in Fayetteville, Washington County, Arkansas, USA. She was buried in Mt. Comfort, Arkansas.2 3 -
