Vela Selph 
Vela was born on October 20th, 1916 in Carroll Co, TN. Vela's father was Albert Selph and her mother was Neva Francis Cary. Her maternal grandparents were Stephen Thomas Cary and Amanda 'Mandy' Bell Parish. She was an only child. She died at the age of 69 on August 17th, 1986.General Notes
