Henry Savage

Henry was born in 1526 in Clifton, Cheshire, England.¹ Henry's father was Sir John Savage and his mother was Lady Elizabeth Somerset. His paternal grandparents were John Savage and Anne Bostock; his maternal grandparents were Charles Somerset and Elizabeth Herbert. He had a brother and three sisters, named John, Ann, Margaret and Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the five children.
