James Francis Russell 
James Francis was born on August 18th, 1885 in Carroll Co, AR. James Francis' father was George Washington Russell Jr and his mother was Statia Elizabeth Plumlee. His maternal grandparents were William Plumlee and Mary Polly Standlee. He had a brother and two sisters, named Infant Son, Nora Ellen and Monnie Denton. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 49 on June 26th, 1935 in Vinita, Craig Co, OK.General Notes
