William Robertson

William was born on February 6th, 1719 in Ireland.¹

Birth Notes

William's father was James Robertson and his mother was Rebecca Royston. His paternal grandparents were James Robertson and Jenet Montgomery; his maternal grandparents were George Royston and Rebeckah Cullin. He had four brothers and nine sisters, named John, Matthew, James, Thomas, Mae, Rebeckah, Jane, Mary, Sarah, Esther, Jean, Martha and Susanna. He was the fifth oldest of the fourteen children. He died before October 26th, 1812 in Augusta County, Virginia. He was buried in Old Stone Presbyterian Church, Fort Defiance, Augusta County, Virginia.²²
