Sylvia Roberts 
Sylvia was born in 1814 in Granville Co, NC.1 Sylvia's father was James T. Roberts and her mother was Rebecca Jones. Her paternal grandparents were Jeremiah Roberts and Temperance Unknown. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Presley, Simeon Wesley, Walter A., Willie Paron, Nathaniel, Lively, Alice, Rebecca and Martha. She was the oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 79 on May 4th, 1893 in Carroll Co, TN. She was buried in Hamilton Cemetery, Carroll Co, TN.1 General Notes
