Margaret was born in 1800 in Orange Co, NC and her baptism took place in Marriage Info.1 Margaret's father was James Roberts and her mother was Sarah Ellis. Her paternal grandparents were Charles Roberts and Mary Langston. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Nathan, James C., Ellis, Nancy, Mary, Sarah D. and Rebecca.
