Chester Francis Roberts 
Chester Francis was born on April 2nd, 1886 in Orange Co, NC.1 Chester Francis' father was Francis 'Frank' Albert Roberts and his mother was Elizabeth 'Bette' Ann Crabtree. His paternal grandparents were James H. Roberts and Jane Carrington. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Eugene Cauncy, William Thomas, George Cain, Charlie Wesley, Allen Elbert, Clyde, Mamie Mary, Rosa Lee, Annie Viola and Myra Caviness. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 78 on January 29th, 1965 in Hillsboro, Orange Co, NC. He was buried on January 31st, 1965 in New Sharon Methodist Church Cemetery, Hillsborough, Orange Co, NC.1 General Notes
