Charles Roberts 
Charles was born in 1783 in Orange Co, NC and his baptism took place in Census 1850.1 Charles' father was William Roberts and his mother was Lucy Jane Umstead. His paternal grandparents were Charles Roberts and Mary Langston. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Willis B., Richard, William, Elisha, Jacob, John W., David, Mahala, Winnifred and Daughter. He died at the age of 67 in 1850.1 General Notes
