Ruby E was born in 1912 in Tennessee, USA. Ruby E's father was Alton Monroe Richee and her mother was Mattie Zula Wray. Her maternal grandparents were William J Wray and Martha Ann Johnson. She had a brother and a sister, named William Vernon and Opal. She was the second oldest of the three children.General Notes
