Richard Reade 
Richard was born in 1575 in Canterbury, Kent, England. Richard's father was William Reade and his mother was Rebecca Mennis. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Reade and Anne de Hoo. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Edmund, Thomas, William, Matthew, John, Cecilia, Mildred and Lucy. He was the third youngest of the nine children.-
