Edmund Reade 
Edmund was born in 1566 in Canterbury, Kent, England. Edmund's father was William Reade and his mother was Rebecca Mennis. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Reade and Anne de Hoo. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Richard, Thomas, William, Matthew, John, Cecilia, Mildred and Lucy. He was the third oldest of the nine children.-
