Mary Jane REID 
Mary Jane was born on September 8th, 1860 in Mason Co., Kentucky.1 Mary Jane's father was James Layton REID and her mother was Julia Ann PAYTON. Her maternal grandparents were John PAYTON and Nancy WALLINGFORD. She had four brothers and a sister, named Perry L., Joseph H., William B., James R. and Nancy Elizabeth. She died at the age of 43 on September 4th, 1904 in Parke Co., Indiana.1 General Notes

BIOGRAPHY: Charter member of Bellmore lodge of Rathbone Sisters. Joined the M.E. Church in 1885.
