Dora C. Plumlee 
Dora C. was born in 1860. Dora C.'s father was Isaac C. Plumlee and her mother was Mary Ann Waters. Her paternal grandparents were Joel Plumlee Sr. and Rachel Simmons. She had two sisters named Florence Rachel and Lydia Ann. She was the oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 20 in 1880.General Notes
