Charles 'Charlie' Plumlee 
Charles 'Charlie' was born on September 6th, 1905 in Prague, Lincoln Co, Indian Territory. Charles 'Charlie''s father was Joseph Emanuel Plumlee and his mother was Callie Delinda Cothran. His paternal grandparents were Charles Montgomery Plumlee and Sarah Jane Elkins. He had a brother named Alva Walter 'Alvie'. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 89 on December 18th, 1994 in Seminole, Seminole Co, OK.General Notes
