Sion Parish 
Sion was born on August 5th, 1845 in Carroll Co, TN and his baptism took place in Census 1900.1 Sion's father was Brodie Parish and his mother was Margaret Rogers. His paternal grandparents were John Sihon Parish and Celia Roberts. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Granville M., Mark E., Elisha G., George Frank, Mary Ann and Mildred Minerva. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 69 on January 26th, 1915 in Decatur, Meigs Co, TN. He was buried in Salem Cemetery, Decauter Co, TN.General Notes
