George Columbus Parish 
George Columbus was born on July 29th, 1849 and his baptism took place in Death Fact. George Columbus' father was George Washington Parish and his mother was Martha A. B. Wallace. His paternal grandparents were John Sihon Parish and Celia Roberts. He had two brothers and a sister, named William A., Elias F. and Mary L.. He was the youngest of the four children. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William Washington, Samuel Claborn, Henry Johnson, Martha Elizabeth, Amanda and Nellie May. He died at the age of 23 on March 5th, 1873.General Notes
