Lydia Maude PAYTON 
Lydia Maude was born on May 31st, 1871 in Parke Co., Indiana.1 Lydia Maude's father was John L. PAYTON and her mother was Sarah Elizabeth STOUT. Her paternal grandparents were Anthony PAYTON and Margaret WALLINGFORD. She had three brothers and two sisters, named William P., Harvey O., John Edward, Fannie Mae and Rosa D.. She was the third oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 54 on November 1st, 1925 in Sullivan Co., Indiana.-
