Hallie Clyde was born on July 31st, 1885 in Chanute, Kansas.1 Hallie Clyde's father was Anthony PAYTON and her mother was Levenia C. WHITED. Her paternal grandfather was William PAYTON. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Maxwell Roland, PAYTON, PAYTON, Enola Ethel, Edith May and Ruby Evelyn. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 45 in 1930 in Danville, Hendricks Co., Indiana.1 -
