James Alexander Morgan 
James Alexander was born on September 15th, 1888 in Chatham Co, NC and his baptism took place in Census 1920. James Alexander's father was Isaac R. Morgan and his mother was Cora Jane Tilley. His maternal grandparents were Hinton Vance Tilley and Susan Ann Virginia Leigh. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Joseph Stanford, Robert, Benjamin Cleveland, Mary, Lessie and Nellie. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 53 on May 6th, 1942 in Durham, Durham Co, NC. He was buried on May 7th, 1942 in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Orange Co, NC.General Notes
