Stancel Mills 
Stancel was born on November 30th, 1930 in Bledsoe Co, TN. Stancel's father was Cager Dody Mills and his mother was Stacy Hortense Simmons. His maternal grandparents were Rev. Simon Dillard Simmons and Mary Lucinda Lawson. He had seven brothers and a sister, named Fred, Haskell, Dillard Earl, Herbert Hoover, Bryon, Cager Dody, Samuel Simon and Mary Lou. He died in Bledsoe Co, TN. He was buried on August 11th, 1931 in Blackburn Cemetery, Bledsoe Co, TN.General Notes
