Robert Maxwell

Robert was born about 1584 in Nithsdale, Dumfrieshire, Scotland. Robert's father was William Maxwell and his mother was Catherine Kerr. His maternal grandparents were Mark Kerr and Helen Leslie. He had two brothers named John and William. He was the youngest of the three children.
