Willard Elgin MURROW 
Willard Elgin was born on February 24th, 1858 in Des Moines, Polk Co., Iowa.1 Willard Elgin's father was George Washington MURROW and his mother was Elizabeth Ann RUNYON. His paternal grandparents were Charles MURROW and Amy BLUE. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Charles Franklin, George Washington, Sarah Ellen, Amy Catherine, Carrie Kansas, Julia Annetta and Alzie Torena. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 55 on September 4th, 1913 in Hiteman, Monroe Co., Iowa.1 -
