Alzie Torena was born on October 24th, 1872 in Linn Co., Kansas.1 Alzie Torena's father was George Washington MURROW and her mother was Elizabeth Ann RUNYON. Her paternal grandparents were Charles MURROW and Amy BLUE. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Willard Elgin, Charles Franklin, George Washington, Sarah Ellen, Amy Catherine, Carrie Kansas and Julia Annetta. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 80 on October 3rd, 1953 in Iola, Allen Co., Kansas.1 -
