James Kerr Jr. Laird 
James Kerr Jr. was born in 1804 in Augusta County, Virginia. James Kerr Jr.'s father was James Laird and his mother was Jane Kerr. His maternal grandparents were James Kerr and Jane Robertson. He had three brothers and four sisters, named David, John, Nathaniel, Jane, Anna, Elizabeth and Margaret "Peggy". He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died about 1834 in Kentucky.General Notes
