Roy Garland Howell 
Roy Garland was born on July 31st, 1888 in TX and his baptism took place in Census 1930. Roy Garland's father was Lawson Joel Howell and his mother was Elizabeth Suther Moore. His paternal grandparents were William H. Howell and Harriet Hannah Houser. He had a brother and two sisters, named Robert Elvin, Johnna Lee and Sue Nita. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 78 on November 4th, 1966 in Livermore, Alameda Co Co, CA. He was buried in Golden Gate National Cemetery, San Bruno, San Mateo Co, CA.General Notes
