Austin Howell 
Austin was born on October 5th, 1916.1 Austin's father was Fred Howell and his mother was Charlotte Skaggs. His maternal grandparents were Isaiah Whitfield Skaggs and Elizabeth F. Johnson. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Fred, Otis, Paul, Walter, Daisy, Mary Catherine, Ruby and Nancy. He died at just 28 days old on November 2nd, 1916. He was buried in Mt. Tabor Baptist Cemetery, LaRue Co., Kentucky.1 1 General Notes
