Tassia E was born in January 1883 in North Carolina.1 Tassia E's father was Samuel B Howard and his mother was Ellen. His maternal grandparents were Henry Naylor Foster and Camelia CORNATZER. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Samuel M, John M, Carrie C., Lula H and Ori Ellen. He was the second oldest of the six children.-
