Sudie Ada was born on December 12th, 1897 in Rockingham Co, NC. Sudie Ada's father was James Terrell Hopper and her mother was Annie Ada M. Landrum. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel S. Hopper and Julia A. Roberts. She had seven sisters named Bessie T., Julia A., Kate A., Lillie J., Nellie V., Lannie and Nannie Irene. She was the third youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 69 on April 21st, 1967 in Reidsville, Rockingham Co, NC. She was buried on April 23rd, 1967 in Greenview Cemetery, Reidsville, Rockingham Co, NC.General Notes
