Ruth Helen Anne was born on April 16th, 1912 in Jefferson Co, IL and her baptism took place in Census 1930. Ruth Helen Anne's father was Albert Noah Hopkins and her mother was Annie Markle Woodsworth. Her paternal grandparents were James H. Hopkins and Euphamia Pearson Wall. She had a brother and two sisters, named Franklin 'Frank' C., Nina E. and Nellie Marie. She was the youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 91 on November 9th, 2003 in Mount Vernon, Jefferson Co, IL. She was buried on November 12th, 2003 in Thurmond Cemetery, Ewing, Franklin Co, IL.General Notes
