Bertha Holland (Bertrude de Hainault, Bertha de Holland) 
Bertha was born in 1054 in Vlaaringen, Netherlands.1 Bertha's father was Florent of Holland I and her mother was Gertrude of Saxony. Her paternal grandparents were Thierry de Gand III and Oethilde de Nordmark; her maternal grandparents were Bernhard of Saxony II and Margravine Eilika of Schweinfurt. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Thierry, Dietrich, Albrecht, Florenz, Peter, Adele and Mechtild. She had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Robert, Etienne, Freskin, Philip, Adele, Gertrude and Ogiva. She died at the age of 39 in 1093 in Montreuil-sur-Loire, France.2 Death Notes
