Naomi A. Higgs 
Naomi A. was born on January 17th, 1909 in MO and her baptism took place in Census 1930. Naomi A.'s father was James Monroe Higgs and her mother was Effie B. Unknown. Her paternal grandparents were Moody C. Higgs and Nancy Jane Decker. She had three brothers named Leonard Marvin, Carl J. and Eura L.. She was the oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 96 on August 18th, 2005 in Saint Ann, Saint Louis Co, MO.General Notes
