*Viola Mae Hayward 
*Viola Mae was born on February 2nd, 1917 in Kanorado, Sherman Co. Kansas. *Viola Mae's father was *Joseph Henry Hayward and her mother was *Eva Elysbeth Mackey. Her maternal grandparents were *William Piatte Mackey and * Leona Nancy Logan. She had five brothers and a sister, named William Fred, Arthur Edward, Joseph Wayne, Wesley Eldon, George Jay and Ione Thelma. She was the third youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 88 on June 22nd, 2005 in Salem, Marion Co. Oregon.1 General Notes
