James Phillip Hale 
James Phillip was born on February 16th, 1910 in Van Buren Co, TN. James Phillip's father was Daniel Alexander 'Dan' Hale and his mother was Lela Mae Grissom. His maternal grandparents were James Phillip Grissom and Louisa Caroline Simmons. He had a brother and two sisters, named Ira Veulan, Dora Lee and Erin Brian. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 76 in August 1986 in Spencer, Van Buren Co, TN.General Notes
