Joseph Farnklin Gray 
Joseph Farnklin was born on March 24th, 1898 in Macoupin County, Illinois.1 Joseph Farnklin's father was Wilson Dennison Gray and his mother was Minnie Frances Taylor. His maternal grandparents were John Taylor and Susan C. Newell. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Roy Hester, Samuel, Lewis, James Albert, Clara, Olive B. and Nellie E.. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 69 on July 14th, 1967.1 General Notes
