Hal Gaylord 
Hal was born on November 4th, 1862 in Independence, Buchanan, IA.1 Hal's father was Edward Harris Gaylord and his mother was Sarah Maria Rich. His paternal grandparents were David Lewis Gaylord and Sophia Brakeman. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Fred Burns, Paul Bullene, Anna Sophia, Gertrude and Sue Amerett. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 77 on October 5th, 1940 in Kansas City, Independence, MO.1 General Notes
